Andrew Greenberg FRSA FRGS - Founder

Andrew Greenberg is a strategist, trainer, and data practitioner with more than a decade of experience guiding nonprofits, advocacy organizations, and campaigns through complex transitions. A Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society and the Royal Society of the Arts, he brings both analytical rigor and a practitioner's instinct to every engagement.

Andrew has worked across all 50 states on elections, organizing, and advocacy — from precinct-level field operations to national data infrastructure. He has trained thousands of organizers, data practitioners, and organizational leaders through Wellstone, re:power, and Change the Game, the nonprofit he founded and leads as Executive Director. His technical depth spans CRM strategy, voter file analytics, SQL-based data architecture, and platform migrations for organizations managing six- and seven-figure contact databases.

Before entering political and movement work, Andrew was a high school teacher and adjunct college professor, teaching literature and writing — an experience that still shapes how he translates complexity into clarity for the teams he works with.

He holds degrees in Political Science and English from Abilene Christian University and serves as Treasurer on the board of the Denton Rotary Club. Andrew is based in Denton, Texas.
